The Be Simply Free Easter Mini Challenge: 4 Days to Feel Free Again
This Easter, we’re trying something new at Be Simply Free — and we’d love for you to join us!
Introducing the Easter Mini Challenge, a shorter, sweeter version of our signature 14 x 4 = FREE Challenge — designed to help you feel lighter, clearer and more energised using just 1% of your day (14.4 minutes).
And while we’re running it for the first time over Easter, this challenge is one you can come back to and start any time you need a reset. Whether it's the school holidays, a long weekend or just a season where life feels heavy — these four days are here to help you reclaim your calm.
What is the Easter Mini Challenge?
The Easter Mini Challenge is a bite-sized version of our original 14 x 4 = FREE framework. It’s built around four pillars to simplify your home life, reduce the mental load, and create more space for what matters most.
The four pillars are:

FUN – Joyful, screen-free moments

RESET – Tidying or resetting a space

ENERGISE – Moving your body or mind
-
EASIER – Doing something your future self will thank you for
But instead of doing all four tasks for 14 days, we’re building up to them gradually across just four days.
The 4-Day Breakdown
Here’s how it works:
Day 1: FUN
Do something screen-free that brings joy — read a book, play with your kids, go for a coffee, do a puzzle, paint your nails, potter in the garden. Anything that fills your cup.
Day 2: FUN + RESET
Add a simple 14.4-minute reset. Tidy the kitchen bench, reset your bedroom, clear the bathroom bench, or reset the toy room with the kids.
Day 3: FUN + RESET + ENERGISE
Layer in something energising — a short walk, stretch, dance session, podcast, or something that gets your body or mind buzzing again.
Day 4: FUN + RESET + ENERGISE + EASIER
Add one task that will make your life easier. Declutter a drawer, clear phone photos, plan the week ahead, unsubscribe from emails, or reallocate family jobs to lighten your load.
You can complete the challenge from anywhere — your home, a caravan, a holiday shack, or even while visiting family over Easter. Just 1% of your day for each task (that’s just 14.4 minutes!) — no perfection required.
